 ABOUT US

The friendly face of fieldwork recruitment

Our core fieldwork team is based between Wales and Sussex and we have a national network of field agents embedded in their rural communities – from the Scottish Highlands to the Cornish coast
This is FieldMouse
A short film about the story of FieldMouse, as told by co-founders Sarah Morris & Paul Flatters to Barry Clark of Related Stories on a recent farm day in West Sussex.

MEET THE TEAM

Co-founder and Managing Director

Sarah Morris

Sarah has worked in business development for 25 years, mostly within consumer insight and trends forecasting. When she moved from London to mid Wales in 2013, Sarah realised that rural opinions were being routinely excluded from market, social and political research – a hunch confirmed by the Brexit referendum. However it was a chat in the pub with long-time colleague Paul Flatters about this blatant blind spot in the research industry that created the idea that launched FieldMouse.
